Recent Projects

Prior to a construction project hand over there are often outstanding work lists that need completing & what we term as ‘final detailing or remedial work’. We work closely with construction companies which usually consists of onsite reports documenting the construction defects or incomplete work. Those defects are then coordinated by a project manager and/or architect with our Remedial team. Once the surface repairs are complete the project can be processed for hand over or practical completion (PC).

We perform our remedial works & in real time send a PDF completion file through using our internal remedial app so all costs and tasks are tracked for easy identification of cost allocation.
